It's a well known problem. The solution you propose indeed often helps. You could try to download a patch on their website for CT-Art, it might be related. http://www.convekta.com/downloads_arch.asp You can reinstall the program and see if the fix works again, or better, doesn't appear. I found that not with every installation the problem occurs. Just save the DAT-files and copy them back into the directory after reinstallation and your results are saved. J.
