Alex (thanks for the assist) I have no idea, since I haven't worked for Fluent Entertainment in almost six months. I would suggest uninstalling, then reinstalling and then WITHOUT UPDATING, running the program fully through its paces. If everything's fine, then you'll know that it is the update that has the problem and you can then contact Vivendi Technical Support. jm
