Support for NT and Windows 2003 server will be needed before I consider a new version. Besides the fact that I only use NT variants, a program that won't run on NT derivatives is immediately suspect. The older crap (98, ME, etc.) will allow you to write on an address space that does not belong to you. The NT derivatives will not. I suspect that there are very serious bugs in the core of the product.
