Very good Mihaly -- just curious - how did you come across this "problem"?

For myself, I was just tried it because I could ( to use Bill Clinton's line).

Here are the results of a 50 game Cm9K vs Cm10K match.

Name Wins Draws Losses Games Score
CM9K                  14      23      13      50     25.5
Chessmaster 10K       13      23      14      50     24.5

Name		            1        2     Total
1.CM9K		           XXX    25.5/50 25.5/50
2.Chessmaster 10K	 24.5/50    XXX   24.5/50

Here are the settings I used to import CM9K as a winboard engine under Cm9K GUI
to do the above match. Conversely you can import CM10K as well.

[InBetween]

CommandLine := D:\Program Files\Ubi Soft\Chessmaster 9000\CM9King\9K.exe

[Client2Server]

xboard := xboard\npost\nnew\ncm_parm default\ncm_parm tts=67108864\ncm_parm
opk=278312\n

;note - no need to use ttu=8 to import CM9K, it just confused the GUI and the
hash does not get set properly
