Subject: Rebel 12 - Windows XP : Error connecting to server...

I did not see this problem under Windows 2000, but with Windows XP, when I try
to connect to www.chessclub.com (ICC) I see this over and over at Rebel tries to
connect to ICC:

<< Error connecting to server >>

<< Connecting to: www.chessclub.com:5000 >>

Any ideas on how to work around / fix this?
