This is where I am confused. I can use the CM10 Demo directly from the start
menu in winXP. The opk number doesn't come up on the interface, or in any
command window. Everything available in the demo works fine.

When I use TheKing as a UCI engine in Fritz8, it only goes 3 deep in its search
because I don't have the opk number. I do not use inbetween because I use
wb2uci. I have installed many wb engines into Fritz8 using wb2uci. TheKing works
in Fritz8, it just doesn't work well. And even if I used inbetween, I still
don't have the opk number to put into it.

From what I've gleaned from here is that I need the CM9 interface in order to
get the opk number. So that's why I ordered it.

If you can tell me your trick how you got the opk number using just the CM10
interface, I would gladly give it a try.

regards,
Norm
