I just read Blincoe's post a couple above saying one should not be allowed to buy the next version until they have beaten the current version. For the record Steve, I can buy CM 10000. I have a grand total of 1 (one) win against the Chessmaster personality at tournament time control. (I'm not going to give the number of losses, not sure I can count that high.) When I won it offered to print me a certificate. Like an idiot I said no, as though I could repeat that feat at will. Gotta go get back to work. I'm not yet eligible to buy Fritz 9. Dan H.
