When I started to switched all my knowledge and ideas into chess programs both by giving suggestions to the programmers from the engine point of view and to build always stronger opening books I had 3 main aims: 1. To be able to contribute to create a stronger program than the stronger human player. 2. To beat be part of the team which would have achive that goal by beating the stronger human chess player in a regular match at long tournaments games using a "std." hardware; I mean something that can be purchased. 3. To contribute to develop stronger programs able to help the chess players to improve their play by owning and using such program. So, even if I am trying to switch the chess game from humans to computers, one of my aim is to help chess also to become more popular through the chess programs and players to get more interested to play stronger. A sort of a dream would be to be able to own the strongest chess player and to be fashinated by his way to play. Unfortunately we are far away from that, but if we keep working on this we may one day reach such result! For points 1 and 2 I have to wait Kasparov availability to match us! I hope it will happen soon, so I keep working on this to get better and better...
