this is a typical problem with young pc chess programmers
they do not take the time and effort to learn just a little bit about the
history of PC Chess Pregramming

Ulf Rathsman is one of the pioneer chess programmers from the early days of the
first dedicated commercial computers
but al least you take a moment to even ask who he is
