Hi Steve;

I still have two more of my own machine to repair. Its a slow process with long
work hours and three teenagers at home. At some later time I will contact you
about repair of your machine. You would need to pay shipping both ways and the
cost of any parts. Cost of labour would be your sending me your Fidelity Elite
Premere. Just kidding. No, I was serious, No, just kidding again. If I can find
the problem in a reasonable time I wouldn't charge for labour. Otherwise I'd
pack it back up and return it to you.
