When I call CreateProcess from C without the CREATE_NEW_CONSOLE bit asserted in
the flags paramater the new process is hosted in the current console window...
including its output going to that window's stdout.  CREATE_NO_WINDOW is a
separate bit on that bitvector.  I don't know what it does beyond the
description which is that it simply has no console whatsoever.
