Hi KD,

Welcome aboard! Since you have only just joined, you will probably not be aware
that this has been suggested before. I for one would like to see what you
propose, and also like you I am a chess programmer and therefore primarily
interested in technical programming issues. I think there may be some difficulty
at the server end in segregating the posts into sections. We must not forget
that ICD provide this unique place completely free for us to use. I have found
CCC an invaluable learning resource, and my gratitude to Steve Schwartz and the
folks at ICD is immense. I can't get too upset about it if the site is not
perfect, because it is still (IMHO) far better than anything comparable, and it
is free.

How far have you progressed with your chess program? Is it up and running yet,
or still in the early stages of development? If you have technical questions,
you should post them hear. There are many who will answer.....:-)

Merry Christmas,
Roberto
