If you have another installation somewhere else, make sure that the LIB and INCLUDE variables point there. I compiled TCB with it, and the resulting binary was slightly slower (than the free VC++ Toolkit 2003). CPU-specific flags and PGO seem to be disabled, so that may be the reason. Rémi
