Mmmm, perhaps so. But I am almost sure the very first time that position was played by Mr Smith and Mr Jones, both sailors of HMS Endeavour, 1715, a day before the ship wrecked and both got drowned. The game was recovered in a sealed bottle. I have it. $120.000 if you want it... Ferdinan Trader, Sailor, Etc
