I don't know how many "all" accounts for -- but if you'd like to play Hiarcs 9 @
10 min, set up by the development team on ICC, we'd love to see some of these
"no problem" draws.

Especially since the likes of McShane, Dzindzichashvili, Dreev and others have
reasonable trouble earning draws in fast blitz.
