That´s wrong. You don`t need to be a World class grandmaster at all.

Furthermore I didn´t say I can draw all games.
I said in the _few_ games I have played some months ago it was easy to get the
draw.

You can not win a single game with that passive Stonewall if there is  increment
<> 0s.
Furthermore you can only get this type of position after 1.d4,1.Nf3 or 1.c4 with
black.

Many human players with about 2000 ELO strength play the Stonewall
against computers. It is still a good option against Hiarcs and Fritz.
I can´t recommend it against Shredder however.
Playing Stonewall Attack is probably not advisable against any top program.

I would prefer to play completely different myself in serious games.
