Subject: Best Athlon XP chip to over clock??

Hi everyone, right now I own an athlon 1700xp, with 256 PC100 ram,

I'm looking to purchase an XP chip, they are relatively cheap, $262 canadian for
a athlon 3200xp,

but what is the best chip to overclock to very high GHZ?
I see on the playchess server that some are running athlon 2800 chips at
2.54ghz,

could i get a 3200 higher?
could someone recommend something?
(i realize i need a new mobo ram and cooling, but i'm looking for strictly the
chip and mobo i would need, for maximum speed, i want to be making about 400
kn/sec with Hiarcs9 at starting position)
my athlon 1700 does 150
