This one in particular: http://www.excaliberpc.com/product_info.php?products_id=3804 Don't worry about the 'mobile' part. Same chip, just a lower voltage. It just has a better core, instead of ramping up the MHz they just kept the same MHz and dropped the voltage. Anyway, this is the best cpu (better than the 3200+'s) to overclock. Just make sure you get a good motherboard. The Abit NF7-S v2.0 is the best to get right now. You'll also want a good heatsink/fan and memory. Check www.anandtech.com for the latest memory roundup and pick the best ram out of there, something that can do at least 200fsb at CAS-2.0. As for cooling, check out www.bestbyte.net. Grab the SLK-900a. The best fan to get is the 92mm Tornado but uh.. it is **LOUD**. Hear it on the other side of your house kinda loud. You'll be able to push the chip like mad, though. :) Also, keep your vcore (cpu voltage) at or below 2.00v, do not push it any higher. All in all you should end up in the 2.6-2.7GHz range with that chip, no lower than 2.6GHz.
