So: a) See if you can open the file with notepad. It is after all, just a text file. Can you open and read the file with notepad? b) Have your utility check your disk for errors. 2) Your source file is incorrectly set up. Perhaps it's trying to open the stdio.h after it's already been opened by another header or resource file? Find other references to lines of such that mention stdio.h, and try inactivating that line. (REM'ing it out "/* */") I suspect #2 is the problem. Can the author assist? Dave
