If I understand you right you want to copy files + copy protection (which is format/track/sector etc specific) to your HD so you never have to touch the cd again. I don't think you can. I think your best is to clone the cd and copy the files to your HD so when it asks you for the cd you give it the clone and never touch the original cd again. To your second question, they aren't your files. You bought a license to use them. Dan H.
