For the WCCC and Olympiad there are 36 loan machines with Intel Pentium 4, 2.8
GHz processor, and 512MB memory. These machines are free, courtesy of Bar-Ilan
University's Department of Computer Science. Participants can install whatever
they want on the machines. The default OS will be Windows XP however.  Each WCCC
participant can always get one machine. All the rest will be used for the
Olympiad (first come, first serve
