Otherwise we must conclude that you are scared, know nothing about programming, have no interest in computer chess, never won anything, never competed anywhere, bitboards are rubbish (evil, satanic, anti-American, anti-chess and terroristic), parallel speedup on multiprocessor machine is <1, any 0x88 program written 10 years ago running on a wooden abacus could beat Crafty running on a 16 way Opteron, etc etc... :-)) Good luck to Crafty in Israel. Shame about the 16 way Opteron. That would have been something - and may have added a bit of spice to the event. Frank
