No WCCC is between computers.
Operators are humans but they are not allowed to declare a draw.

A draw is also not correct and the game that I posted ended as a win for white
not because of a stupid mistake of black.

Time control is not important and the important fact is that this game can
happen also in 60/2 hours+30 minutes per game.

The games are between computers and I am not allowed to offer a draw or resign
or change the remaining time by myself.
