Here are the ones I own.

Scalable Search in Computer Chess by Ernst Heinz
Computer Chess Compendium by David Levy
Chess Skill in Man and Machine by Peter Frey

However, don't get these because you want to learn how to write a chess program.
These books aren't new, so most of the info in them about how to write a chess
program is the same stuff you can find on the internet (for free).
