The chess program itself will determine whether it will output moves in the
format you want. Most use Short Algebraic Notation (SAN), e.g. e4 only.

Perhaps someone knows of a program that will output moves in your "tangible"
format.

Most programs will output their moves into a text file, by just choosing that
option.

It would be helpful if you stated the engine and GUI (if any), that you're
working with, or have tried to work with.

The more specifics you give, the better your goal can be understood.
