This was used for (I think) some applet to show the games on the Web page, and also to relay them on the playchess server. If you have similar possibilities, you might be able to just ask the organizers. But perhaps the relaying also involves some sponsor money and/or some local operator (Mathias Feist did this in Paderborn). Regards, Dieter
