I did not even have to do this. Downloaded it with IE, and magically, the downloaded file appeared with .zip extension (including the dot). Unfortunately, no readme or any other documentation appeared, when unzipping. Only the exe. I fear, not. At least not readable and/or efficient source code. In principle, one can change any executable program to source code (for example, by having an X86 emulator in source code, too).
