Subject: question about changing WCCC hardware in the second round

A team must receive permission from the Tournament Director
to change from one computing system to another.

I should refer to the tournament director (Jaap van den
Herik).

My question is if I can bring the computer to the tournament before getting
permission or I need first to get permission.
