As a business, Chessbase have every right to set the terms and conditions of their involvement. I hope that the WCCC has not been 'captured', however. Thanks to you and others, those in the non Windows, non chessbase world are getting some information. For which I thank you. I believe my statement is accurate. Not sure what 'fair' means in this context.
