Steve, correct me if I am wrong. These 2 computers also had the Budapest program, altho not as many made and higher drool effect for collectors. Chess Challenger AS Elite 5,0 Conceived like the Fidelity private line (separate box for the program connected to the board by a cable) however with Budapest programmm and at 5 MHz. about 1735 rating Chess Challenger Elegance. The CC Elegance looked like elite, however without LED announcement and a very beautiful magnet sensor wood board. The program was a modified elite Budapest program running at 3.6 mhz about 1680 rating for reference - Chess Challenger elite A/S (original) Elite Budapest ran at 3.2 mhz. About 1575 rating On July 05, 2004 at 10:30:13, steven blincoe wrote: >During the 12th Championship in Israel which is currently underway,i thought it >would be appropriate to remember some of the past Champions > >1983 Budapest Hungary > >Fidelity...the winning program was made available in three basic computers: > >the Elite A/S: >http://www.schachcomputer.at/callenas.htm > >the Sensory 12: >http://www.schachcomputer.at/cc12.htm > >and the Prestige: >http://www.schachcomputer.at/prestige2.htm > >Best Regards >Steve
