Subject: FALCON screw his good position!! 38.c3!! NOT c4?

Re3 isn't a winning move; it's also no sensational move. It's a tactical move,
yes, but in such a position two Rooks are good enough to hold the game. At first
sight c3 is the same as c4 but Black cannot play bxc3, so that c3 give White a
threat plus. Could somemone let run this move in a DEEP version of a program. I
just have a single processor.
