At one time, I had captures as part of history and killer moves.
It worked well. At that time, I did nothing else to sort move ordering
other than pv first.
Later I modified my move ordering to consider captures first. At that
time, it was more effective to drop captures from history and killer
moves.
IIRC, the two methodologies were just as effective in quiet positions
on 9 ply and less searches.
