I know that chessmaster is not the only one that I can change parameters

I can do it also with Junior5 but there are not many options
For example I have no number for king's safety and I have only 2 options for
this parameter.

I want to know if there is another program that you can change a big number of
parameters(The same as chessmaster) or chessmaster is the best in the number of
options to change partameters?

I have 10 parameters that I can change in the material
6 parameters that I can change in the positional
and 6 parameters that I can change in the style of chessmaster

so the number of parameters that I can change (not only binary changes) is 22.
