I think that a simpler solution may be to play under winboard with 2.5 hours per
game when movei translate x hours per game to x-0.5 hours per 60 moves+
0.5 hour for the rest of the game and movei also include safety margins for
operator time so the time that is assumed is less than the time that it gets.

Adjusting the time control if needed can be done by giving winboard the full
game at force mode with a new time control and it is not going to be done often.

I will be able to work on the problem only tommorow because I dislocated my
ankle before the game against fibchess and my leg needs rest.

Unfortunately it was saved only in a computer that was not connected to the
internet and in the page that I wrote it and now I am too lazy to give it.
