I think Rxa7 is required, or else white accepts a black advantage. Clearly there
are better moves than Rxb7.

When your attack is worth two pawns, is it a surprise or luck if it eventually
wins ? I don't think so. It may not be guaranteed to win, but 100% success is an
unreasonable requirement for an attack.

I don't follow. Junior would not play Rxb7 or Ra1, but since when is it a
requirement to play both sides well ?
