Using Chessbase's "Big 2001" database, I found 3 games (played in 1998-2000)
with 13. Nh3 Bd6. There were no games with Junior's 13...Qd7. A more recent
database may have more examples.

Interestingly, the book that ships with Shredder8 gives 13. Nh3 a question mark,
but doesn't list an alternate move.
