Hello Jim,
I have just finished enough games for a permanent rating from CM6K. I played
10'Blitz games only.  I only played players close to my provisional rating which
was near my ICC blitz rating.  My CM6K rating and my ICC rating are within 25
points right now.  Also I have played about the same number of games in both
cases.  So, at least for me the rating is close at blitz.
