Partly based on previous tournaments:

1) The time control is game in 7 minutes.

2) The clock is started at move 1.

3) The blitz tournament is optional (my operator had no bus so late at the
evening so Deep Sjeng is not in).

4) Hardware they can use what they like. I would prefer a local machine for
obvious reasons.
