I spoke to an ICC admin about this the other day, even offering to relay all the
games for that round myself. He definitely liked the idea, but he didn't want to
advertise the playchess server. And he refused to relay the transmission from
playchess without giving them credit. Quite an admirable decision, if you ask
me, though it leaves some people in the cold. Andrew
