I had the latest version of Nortons System Utilities installed. It correctly informed me that I was low on resources whenever I had CB7.0 running, though it was happening so often that it was almost unusuable. Just for the heck of it, I uninstalled all of my Norton stuff. Voila! I have very few problems with system resources now (although it is true that there is a small leak somewhere using cb7).
