But you seem to say "Movei may not be that good but that's no reason to come down on Uri". First, I have no problem with coming down on Uri. I'm on his case a dozen threads down the page for his preparation for the WCCC. I'd be the last to say that Uri is not a rather strange bird. But when I see disparaging remarks about Uri or Movei, I'm ready to jump in to the fray in a heartbeat. I did some testing for Uri when he was trying to settle on the version to use for Leo's Div 2 tournament. I watched Movei play and I was impressed. It promoted to Div 1 where it now sits in 3rd place. As I said elsewhere in this thread, I use it regularly in my tests. It is flat a strong engine. But don't take my word for it. Download it and play it yourself. Post your games here so we can all help poor Uri improve his engine. Dan H.
