Subject: PopeyeUCI 1.3 - Update

Hello problem-chess friends!

Although I´ve already called my version 1.1 the ´final version´ (which I´ll
never do any more in the future ;-)), there´s now a new release (I really
have to apologize for it, but I simply have always new ideas ... :-))

I´ve now extended the automatic-mode (so far only for the search depth) also
to both special-parameters ´Threat´ and ´MaxFlightsquares´. So now with a value
of ´-2´ you can let PopeyeUCI automatically search for the optimum values of
those two options (and with ´-3´ even select the search order), which will again
considerably reduce the solving time for many problems.
