Well, it seems to be allowed again to discuss here also on FRC:
as I wrote at [http://www.chessbox.de/Compu/fullchess2_e.html]:

"The most significant feature of FullChess (Fischer Random Chess) establishes in
the drawing of the primary placements of the main chessmen at the baselines. The
sequence of one coloured side (e.g. white) will be determined und and then be
copied as mirror image (as with conventional chess) to the side of the other
colour. By this both sides will keep equal chances. There are 960 possible
different initial settings (unlike in Shuffle Chess with its 5040 positions)."

therefor that game mentionend has been only a kind of pseudo-FRC. On the other
hand there have been such early trials, which indeed proof Fischer's randomizing
approach to be the right idea at the right time: today.

This days of July a little book is about to be published, which I have written
on this theme: [http://www.chessbox.de/Compu/fullchess1_e.html] (in German
language only).

Regards, Reinhard.
