Hello Alan,
I believe the ratings of personalities like Lacy are computed from other
personalities and they are underated vs humans.  When a program takes only a few
seconds to play an entire game it means your time is essentially cut in half
since you have no opponents time to do any thinking.  Computer opponents will
probably not be affected by this.  I usually avoid those few personalities which
take no time.  If I do play them then I usually give myself more time than I
usually use (like double).
