Sorry - I never made a 19.14SE as I was aware it was in a constant state of flux
as the 12 WCCC was fast approaching and Bob also requested that things be
delayed until after the WCCC so to help reduce the different number of flavors
of 19.14 and 19.15.  So it will be one version, the final one ,19.15, that
played in the WCCC.
