I don't agree. The top programs are certainly capable of scoring 100%, but it is
far from guaranteed. Remember the slip of Fritz to Falcon earlier in the event.
Despite the reasons given, the fact is that it isn't the first time a top
program slips against a program that is considered much weaker (no offense to
Falcon). Things happen.
