I have installed XCode, however, I am unable to compile simple programs like "hello world." In the build menu, the compile button is just grayed out... and i ahve almost no idea what i'm doing wrong. I downloaded the program in segments from the ADC website and i'm not sure if all of the segments have been installed (?) but i was under the impression that installer did that for me. I am having difficulty with this in that I am simulataneously new to macintosh and new to programming, and am not sure where exactly to turn for help. I'm sorry again if these posts seem really retarded I would appreciate if anyone could give me maybe a simple walkthrough of just how to actually get a hello world program compiled in XCode, and hopefully from that point I wont have to bother you any further. I also greatly appreciate the help i recieved from my last post
