Usually the lines look like this:
00:00:01  0.01 b4-b3 Qd5-e6 Be7-f6
00:00:03 -0.11 b4-b3 Qd5-e6 Be7-d6
The 0.01 is the score arrived at assuming the variation displayed is played.
Same with -0.11 except it is the latest score/variation (3 seconds vs 1 second
of search time).
