Also my congratulations for the title, and thanks for the insightful comments. A remark on the issue of opening theory: One year ago in Graz it seemed that White had a clear advantage. For me this even let to the speculation if chess is a win for White. But Ramat-Gan seems to show that people (at least all top teams) have worked hard and successfully on the opening books for the Black side. Maybe in the next year(s) the pendulum will swing back to White advantage?! Ingo Althofer.
