Yes, this is not to believe from a rational perspective but it's still true.
That goes like this: Eduard, we all know now this bug, you must not invent
always new positions to prove it. Stop it now!

Or - in other groups - now please take a seat before you read further, it was
told to Eduard that this kind of always repeated information to the disadvantage
[!! sic!!!] of a company could bring damage to this newsgroup. And they were
probably correct, Uri! Because ChessBase isn't very tolerant with their
juridical experts go hunting. The late Elvis, who had a good education in the
basics of justice, because IMO he studied a couple of semesters and then worked
in a laywer bureau, he explained in detail how fast this could cost thousands of
German marks and you cant do anything against it. Yes, this is the German
system. The economically stronger can cause harm to the one who is weaker.
Simply by tearing him in front of a court. Not literally, virtually is enough.
The different papers cost you a lot. Therefore the late Elvis, God may be kind
with him, always reacted as soon as possible and tried to avoid the opening of a
thread with such critics against FRITZ. If you as me, from a perspective of
science this is incredible, this is evil, that such things could happen in our
free world. And I swear to you that this is the basic reason for the expulsion
of Eduard, because - let me speak this out only lightly, he's certainly not good
in making cold-blooded statements and can easily be provoked and that is then
taken to diffamate him. But this is evil because if you want we are all only in
love with our hobby, how could we know that we must be educated like lawyers?
Know what I mean? I think we all know, because it's not a national phenomenon,
that chessplayers, however good they may be, are not always as clever in other
matters. Chess talent is a very special diamond. And not only Kasparov is
believing in the evil of the number 13. :)

Please give Eduard the due respect, where he's so good at, but please don't
support those critics who want to dump him where he didn't even think of that he
could land there. I will always defend him, alone because he was so mistreated
in his innocent soul. And who's the one who dares to throw that first stone? Is
it really necessary that we behave like rats? I thought we were human?

Uri, that didn't go to your postbox, to be sure about it. But you alredy knew
that.

Best, Rolf
